LESS PACKING : Amenities provided include 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, fishing and crabbing equipment and many other amenities such as a Pack N’ Play, high chair and BPA-free plastic dishware for children. Numerous other expected amenities are listed under the amenities tab.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Bayfront private covered porch with dining table and deck chairs. Community deck and pier. Entrance to the porch and condo does require 2 steps.

LIVING SPACE: Bay-facing, beach-themed decor, 2 Smart TVs w/ cable, Free WiFi (100 Mbps), newly remodeled bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with all major kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer. Dining table and bar seating. Window AC units and ceiling fans.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Full Bed, Living Room: Sleeper Sofa

LINENS: Beds are made with linens, pillows, a blanket/bedspread. Towels include 1 bath towel/1 washcloth/1 hand towel per guest

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Soap, Sponge, Laundry Detergent, Shampoo and Bar Soap

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
